Eleven Marauders in 2 boxes of four and one box of three aircraft briefed to attack an Enemy strongpoint East of RIMINI. The first few bombs of the first box hit the Northern portion of the target. The second and third boxes overshot, patterns commencing on Northern edge of target. 5 x 250 lbs. bombs hung-up and were brought back. Enemy opposition consisted of slight, inaccurate A.A., one aircraft being holed. The last aircraft was down by 15.10 hours.
