W.O.I. Sinclair reported for duty ex No. 40 Squadron. Six Aircraft took off at 19.30 Hrs. to bomb the R.R. M. Yards at BENEVENTO; bursts were seen on the target and nearby buildings. There was NO A.A. fired over the target.
