142 replacements arrived from CASTEL BENITO and 42 were allotted to this Squadron. Wing notified that some more replacements would come with the Native Military Corps who were arriving in a few days to replace the Cape Corps.
The Commanding Officer arrived from MALTA by air.
Instructions were received from Wing that all Cape Corps were to be brought to readiness to leave not later than the following day. A JU.52 aircraft and a Baltimore as escort, was brought to readiness to fly over to MALTA the following day, with requirements and supplies.
