A Photographic recce was carried out on BARDIA early today and this revealed THE SHIP as having moved its position slightly. A message, clearly received while the "Happy Snaps" were about to be taken over the ship itself, was sent by the Wireless Operator, A/Sgt Earnshaw, giving this information.
Apart from A.A. fire which did not come near enough to be disturbing nothing untoward happened and the plane landed safely at MAATEN BAGUSH to deliver the photographs before proceeding back to our drome.

Owing to the late rising of the moon flying at night was carried out in two “sessions” to-night – pilots carried out a few landings at dusk and then continued the programme some house later with the rising of the moon.
