After a four-day stay, Mr. Saunders, the American Engineer who discussed at length and in detail the performances and capabilities of the "Baltimore" with the O.C. and the Engineer Officer, left to-day. He promised to return when we had our own aircraft and were making preparations for operations once more.‍

We had another visit by Jerry last night, and he received a very hot reception from our A. A. lads and consequently only dropped a few bombs and hit two small dumps of ammunition and fuel on EL DJEM North L.G. Ten airmen arrived to replace Signals personnel who are due for R.T.U. Four Belgian Air Force Warrant Officers are included in the new arrivals, No operational flying. Oprep. No. 271
